The Neighborhood Leadership Development Program (NLDP) seeks to unite the graduates of the program in order to create an NLDP network which serves as the catalyst for improving Clevevland. 

The NLDP consists of a core skills-based curriculum and graduate support program. During the course of this program participants gain:

• A connection with an existing network of actively engaged neighborhood leaders who genuinely want to make positive change in Cleveland;

• Enhanced skills and tools developed over time by the expansion of knowledge though education, personal development with the assistance of a coach; and

• Support through post-graduate activities as the core curriculum learning is applied.
