What exactly is the Neighborhood Leadership Development Program?
The NLDP is a leadership development program targeted towards Cleveland’s emerging leaders that are already trying to improve the city. This is accomplished by a carefully thought out curriculum, use of expert guest speakers, and implementing an Intentional Change Process which is furthered by a participant’s personal coach.
Where is the program located?
Most of the sessions are held at Trinity Commons located at 2230 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland Ohio 44115.
What is the time commitment for the program?
There are twelve sessions, generally every third Saturday beginning in September 2011 and ending in April 2012. Sessions are from 8:30 am until 2:30 pm. Attendance and participation are mandatory to ensure success within the program.

Who is this program for?
The NLDP is for anyone who is a resident of Cleveland and works on a project or program that is good for Cleveland. Applicants should be willing to make positive changes in their lives to become better leaders.
